I completed my ACCA working as part of the Audit and Assurance team for Ernst & Young LLP, afterwhich I joined BPP Professional Education teaching across ACCA, ICAEW, and ICSA for almost 10 years becoming a Senior Tutor and the ACCA Programme Leader. Using my experience in professional education I am now a Training and Development Manager for the Aztec Academy at the Aztec Group. The Aztec Academy provides training and development opportunities for 1400+ employees across multiple jurisdictions and provides training across 6 core areas; Induction, Professional Qualifications, Applications and Procedures, Technical Skills, Soft Skills and Leadership.I am primarily responsible for the management of professional qualifications and technical skills training throughout the Group.
