As a result of what was rolled out, Sales teams were able to continue to provide service to their customers after the implementation of system changes and back office teams were able to operate in the new environment. Provision of learning and development solutions to Claims Assessors and UnderwritersResponsibilities• Delivery of induction training and ongoing professional development to Claims Assessors, Underwriters and associated colleagues• Engage with stakeholders to identify training requirements and recommend solutions• Work with project office to provide learning and development solutions for product upgrades, systems changes and other organisational changesAchievements• Development and launch of Claims and Underwriting Career Development Model, providing client group with a transparent process for recognising career development and reducing staff turnover by 50%• Successful delivery and facilitation of underwriting traineeship resulting in acceleration through to full qualification (a reduction from 3 years to qualification to 1 year to qualification) leading to an increased ability to service our clients and for AXA to develop new business opportunities.
