Led fund development and marketing and communications strategy for ESC, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering other nonprofits to achieve their missions through affordable coaching and consulting by trained executive-level volunteers. Worked with and supported the President & CEO and Board of Directors in representing ESC in the community and securing major gifts and grants. Supervised the Development and Communications Coordinator. Oversaw major and annual giving, foundation, corporate and government grants, special events, and external communications, outreach and social media. As "Salesforce Champion," spearheaded ESC's database/CRM migration process. Secured the largest ever internal capacity-building grant in the organization's history.

Supported the Director of Development - Institutional Giving in generating foundation, corporate and government grants in support of PPLA's mission to provide convenient and affordable access to a comprehensive range of quality reproductive health care and sexual health information, through patient services, education and advocacy. Wrote and edited grant proposals and reports. Researched potential foundation, government and corporate donors. Maintained donor database.
