I am a Chartered Marketer and a senior marketing professional with 20 years' experience in agency and client-side roles. A driven individual with a ‘can do’ attitude, my marketing expertise spans a number of sectors including environmental, regeneration, legal, leisure & tourism, charity, education and retail. Before moving back into the environmental sector, I spent over a decade in senior marketing and management positions within the professional services industry. My time in London was with one of the UK's leading PR & marketing agencies. There I supported some fantastic clients, many of which are household names; John Lewis, Royal National Lifeboat Institute (RNLI), Willows Activity Farm, bonprix and Unite. My first UK role involved me working on regeneration projects and leisure marketing and communications campaigns for British Waterways (now the Canal & River Trust). My career started in New Zealand as a marketing manager in the education sector. I hold a business degree (marketing & management majors), studying at one of New Zealand’s most reputable universities.I am an active member of my professional body, the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), where I formed part of the Gloucestershire committee for many years before it moved to a South West committee model.
