Felicity is a professional member of the Public Relations Institute of Australia and was active in shaping professional development courses which led, through the agency of others, to the establishment of a degree in public relations.She established and managed the assessment program for the Heritage Council and was the Project Manager for the adaptive reuse of the Old Hale School and its conversion to the Constitutional Centre of which she became the inaugural Director. A founding member of the Forum Advocating Cultural and Eco Tourism (FACET), she is a past Councillor for the International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS), and for the Public Relations Institute of Australia (PRIA). .Felicity is a past Councillor of the History Council of WA, an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Western Australia, an Affiliate of the Electronic Cultural Atlases Initiative (Berkeley), an Australian expert member of the International Committee on Interpretation and Presentation, and a member of the Digital Cities Initiative for the International Symposium on Digital Earth. Her passions - apart from history - are architecture, urbanism, photography, travel, micro-philanthropy and the development of a sustainable sandalwood industry in Western Australia.
