I love helping individuals and teams to reach their creative potential. As a creativity coach and facilitator, my approach is hands-on and experiential. I understand that self-doubt and feeling unsafe can stifle innovation, so I prioritise fostering psychological safety and creating a fun, relaxed environment.Some highlights from this role:* I ran a creativity retreat called Creating Space where participants spent a weekend laughing, eating, drawing, writing, exploring and sitting by the fire. It was bliss.* I facilitated a 2 day workshop for the executive team at St John of God hospital, Frankston. We used the Enneagram as a tool to help better understand themselves and how they as a group are uniquely placed to make the most impact within the organisation.* I facilitated a strategic planning workshop for the Catholic Social Services Victoria council. The focus of the session was on identifying key priorities for the year ahead and I used many hands-on activities to encourage lateral thinking and maximise output.

Student leadership training and professional development for teachersYellow Arrow provides dynamic and engaging student leadership training for students either preparing to become student leaders or for those who are already in their role. Our facilitators have years of experience as teachers in primary and secondary schools, camp leaders (in Australia and overseas) and program managers in the NFP sector. In this role, I was responsible for providing leadership and support to the Youth Engagement Team. My key focus was finding opportunities to build capacity in the team and engage volunteers to take on leadership roles.Some key achievements in this role:- Coordination of gathering of Vinnies school staff from across Australia focused on sharing resources and ideas- Restructure of team including redesigning all position descriptions and KPIs- Development of consistent induction program for young adults entering the organisation as volunteers- Audit of child related activities and development of risk register with proposed mitigations

- Delivery of 200+ social justice workshops to schools across Victoria (I also designed and developed the workshops with a team of teachers and volunteers)- Provided support for teachers to establish Mini Vinnies (primary school social justice groups) in their schools- Project management of Just Art - an advocacy focused art competition- Development and leadership of the Footsteps of Frederic leadership program for post-secondary school students- Shared leadership of 2018 Transforming Service Learning Conference (as part of organising committee)- Development of resources and youth focused social media- Coordination of regular networking and learning events for schools and adults

Assisted adults and children with disabilities to access recreational activities. I supported them with their physical, social and emotional needs.

Facilitation of 1-3 day long retreats for children and teenagers on a topic of the school's choice. Working in small teams, we would work with groups of up to 100 children/teenagers.
