I was responsible for casting, scheduling, most of all the filming and editing for this company. I was required to send in my stat reports for both channels on a weekly basis. This is not the work I do as a career; it is more of a hobby.

This was a temporary position in response to Hurricane Ike. Responsibilities included customer service, setting up training rooms, creating schedules and sign in/sign up rosters, generating weekly reports; keeping spreadsheets up to date with class members and their participants.

Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Power Point for office documents, reports, and presentations. Forced to use excellent communication and written skills due to fast paced environment and no room for error. Drafted notes during meetings and conference calls. Continuously multi-tasking and handling various miscellaneous assignments. Relied on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Generated reports. Responsible for accounts payable; receivable, data entry, taking orders, customer service, and all invoicing.
