Along with managing up to 30 internal and external consultant, the focus of this role was to support Engagement Coordinators to efficiently manage contracts and consultants across key global accounts. These included Chevron, Lend Lease (across 4 countries), Shell, Cal Dive (Perth and Asia), Rio Tinto, BHP, Bechtel and Caltex.

The focus of this role was to manage consultants’ schedules and diaries for all engagements, organise travel, workshops and meetings for consultants; assess client needs for all JMJ facilitated events; update various forecasting databases and provide management reports; manage supplier relationships and ordering and shipping of all materials; set up systems and procedures to improve efficiency; create, update and develop presentations and handouts and maintain all internal filing systems.
