I am responsible for a portfolio of high performing supplier-customers within the Asia Pacific region. I aim to increase of my clients adoption, transaction volumes and trading relationships on the Network with their business partners and our customers. I ensure the rapid embedding and enablement of solutions that drive network value for the supplier-customer and expand their business process automation across the business. My role includes tracking SLA performance and overall client satisfaction to ensure that we maintain a high level of customer loyalty and retention through leading edge cloud technology and services provision. To do this I maintain close working relationships with other regional business teams within the SAP Ariba landscape in support of our largest global customers' and corporate functions that are necessary to support both our own and their businesses.
