As an account manager at Benchmark Learning, I am responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing and new clients, as well as coordinating and delivering training programs for various sectors and industries. I have been in this role for over a year and a half, and I have successfully handled multiple projects and contracts, exceeding client expectations and satisfaction. I have also been working as a training placement coordinator at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology since August 2021, where I help students and alumni find suitable internships and jobs, and liaise with employers and recruiters. I am currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics and communications engineering at the same institute, and I expect to graduate in 2024. I have a strong interest and proficiency in C++, Python, and Google Sheets, which I use to create and analyze data, automate tasks, and solve problems. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and applying them to real-world scenarios. My core competencies include communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation. My goal is to leverage my education and experience to contribute to the field of learning and development, and to help others achieve their potential.
