My journey in executive leadership began at Heidrick & Struggles Portugal in 98, where I held significant roles over 13 years, including Partner in Charge - in my second tenure, and Senior Partner in my first tenure where I played a pivotal role in establishing the firm's presence in Angola, and in Mozambique while also developing operations in Portugal. This period was marked by strategic leadership and expansion efforts that established the firm as a market leader.Between my two tenures in Heidrick - but reporting to the same Holding Comp and Shareholders, I held a Board position at MyBrand and RS Holding (CFO within the Shared Services Company).Before changing to executive search, I gained invaluable financial expertise serving as Financial Dir. for the lauching of Lisbon Oceanarium and Altice Arena, as Controller in Danone International Brands and KPMG.
