- RAIA Project I led the coordination and supervision of the manufacturing activities of a mooring system (chains, torpedo piles and polyester ropes), ensuring strict compliance with the quality, safety and schedule requirements of the project.Key responsibilities included:Manufacturing supervision and inspection: Oversaw the production of mooring system components such as chains, wires and connectors, ensuring adherence to technical standards including API, DNV and ASTM. Performed thorough inspections and quality control checks at each stage of production to verify the integrity and reliability of all equipment.Technical interface and supplier management: Collaborated closely with suppliers to align technical specifications, perform quality audits and monitor manufacturing progress. This involved regular site visits to conduct inspections, witness test procedures and verify compliance with project requirements, maintaining strong relationships to facilitate efficient production.Documentation management and reporting: Developed and maintained detailed progress and quality control reports, documenting each phase of the manufacturing process. Ensured accurate recording and archiving of all manufacturing and inspection documentation within the project system, adhering to established project requirements and maintaining traceability.Team Collaboration and Technical Support: Worked closely with engineering, planning and quality teams to resolve technical issues and drive continuous improvements in the manufacturing process. Actively participated in alignment meetings and design reviews to ensure the integrity and safety of the mooring system, contributing technical insights and fostering a collaborative environment.

- Girassol & Agogo Project• Served as the primary technical liaison between suppliers, their supply chain, TPFMC’s design, procurement and management teams, as well as the client interface team. Successfully managed all aspects of assigned scopes including HSE, planning, technical specifications, cost control, quality assurance and inspection coordination. Key responsibilities and accomplishments include:• Managed suppliers throughout the manufacturing process, including on-site visits for inspections, from early stages through final delivery.• Standards Compliance and Technical Analysis: Conducted in-depth analysis of industry standards (ASTM, API, ISO, EN, ASME, AWS, NORSOK, DNV, ABS, etc.) to align procurement constraints with TPFMC’s design requirements. Ensured alignment with engineering specifications to optimize project outcomes.• Project Planning and Quality Assurance: Led kick-off and pre-inspection meetings and performed critical reviews of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS/PQR) and Material Procedure Specifications/Qualification (MPS/MPQ) for forgings. Verified HSE and Quality Plans to ensure strict adherence to standards.

• Responsible for a multidisciplinary laboratory team and auditors (8 people), to guarantee the inspection plans of 8 production lines, according to the technical specifications of the product and the customer. (eg dimensional, functional specifications and destructive testing); • Study to increase the reliability of inspection machines using tools such as: FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), RCA (Root Cause Analysis), LCC (Life Cycle Cost Analysis) with a monthly record result (August 2020) of packaged Final Product (+ 90.38%); • Preparation of technical reports to identify corrective actions and root cause of customer complaints (for example, Coca-Cola, Heineken, Pernod Ricard, Unilever and etc.); • Strategic asset management with a focus on maximizing production and increasing the reliability and operational life of equipment using tools such as Six Sigma, PDCA, FMEA, RCM, Lean Manufacturing; • Development and presentation to the Executive Board of reports with KPIs in the Quality area with Power Bi Dashboards;

• Coordinator and Responsible for a team of Quality Control Inspectors (6 people) on the technical aspects of the equipment. (International Governmental Projects - Airports and Public Security such as Dubai Airport, Singapore, Sydney and Rio de Janeiro) • Strategic asset management with a focus on maximizing production and increasing equipment reliability and operational life using tools such as Six Sigma, PDCA, FMEA, RCM, Lean Manufacturing; • Acting as a key member in the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System, aiming to contribute to the improvement of the processes, information systems and quality of the company's products / services. • Responsible for the process of audits and product certification (planning, monitoring, realization and support). From standards such as ISO 9001: 2015, CE, TSA, ANAC. • Analysis of product non-conformities in the production line and preparation of Request Material Assistance (RMA) with suppliers and preparation of KPI´S. • Preparation of technical sheets for product inspection and verification, in order to guarantee the norms, criteria and quality standards on receipt.

• Execution tests on raw materials, plant solutions and samples in process to ensure compliance with established specifications; • Execution of analytical tasks, including calibrations, maintenance and equipment repair;• Conducting technical tests such as: metallographic, traction, carbon / sulfur and nitrogen.

• Control of technical documentation; • Collaboration with quality control engineers and project managers to diagnose and repair complex failures that required extensive knowledge; • Coordination of END activities in projects in the area of competence; • Inspection of the first item in the supplier's manufacturing process and supplies.

• Inspection in the manufacture of spool, metallic structures and assembly of pipe isometrics in the FPSO Cidade de Ilhabela project • Technical support to the manufacturing team in the assembly of pipes and metallic structures of the Carryover part (pending China) • Inspection of receipt of materials, Certificate Measurement and Analysis Instruments. • Expediting and monitoring of work in suppliers and subcontractors.

• Contribution to the large project of the plant's General Stoppage, with complete planning of maintenance activities in the instrumentation area; • Creation and review of schedule models based on the type of project and scope details, in order to sequence delivery before the project starts; • Creation of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), entry project activities, duration of determined activities; • Preparation of the list of materials, kits, part numbers and all engineering change orders. (Primavera P6 and MsProject Project); • I acted as a link between the maintenance, purchasing team and external customers, effectively communicating and maintaining milestones throughout the project's life cycle.
