Moreover, leading innovation in a low-income environment using alternative technologies and disruptive services.Endeavors we have been working on:Develop a new conversational banking channel using WhatsApp, with 2 MM customers per month using the platform, an outstanding 17% conversation rate for sales of financial products, and more than BRL 1 billion in sales in the last 12 months;Launched a new loan product, achieving BRL 2,2 billion in loan book value in 18 months with a 0.05% delinquency rate;Customer-based growth from 5.1 MM customers to 6.7MM customers;Developed a new way to integrate mainframe and streaming data, empowering mainframe processing to coexist with cloud processing for mass critical transactions;Time to market has been reduced from an average of 68 days to 51 days;IT costs grew only 14.3%, while the accumulated inflation was 8.2% for the period and the growth in the quantity of transactions was 84%;Another 12% reduction in the delinquency rate occurred while the loan book value grew by 35%;Profits almost doubled when we compared 1Q23 to 1Q22.
