Manage employees and operators on process of steel pail cans. I assured that product ran efficiently through various sequences without zero quality defects and insured that the endpoint user the customer received their goods in a timely manner.Provided root cause analysis on any product that failed the quality process. I randomly made quality checks throughout the process. Utilized 8D process to respond to Quality, and responded to Customer CARS to assure the customer on 5 Why’s.
