Felipe Chertouh is a Schwarzman Scholar at Tsinghua University and graduate of Sciences Po Paris. He is fluent in four languages, with professional interests in geopolitical consulting, the policy space, and nexus of MERCOSUR-EU-China.Felipe has served as a Fellow to a Permanent Mission to the United Nations concerning issues of peace and security and actively consults institutional investors on breaking into Europe and Latin America's integrated markets by navigating regulation as well as geopolitical risk. He has additionally served on consulting projects for the Eurasia Group and the Department of Defense (Strategic Command). Felipe is also the French National Champion of the Philip Jessup Public International Law Moot. He is a CER Honours Fellow, has been recognized for his policy thought-work by the Federation of American Scientists as well as ChinaTalk. His personal writings - across jurisprudence, geopolitics and culture - have been featured across several publications.
