CurrentImplement, administer and enforce policies and procedures to promote safe employee behavior and conditions at all RPR projects.Develop annual safety calendar, training curriculum, and conduct regular weekly ongoing training both on and off the job sites. Maintain updated pre-qualification safety program information needed for all RPR job safety plans. Review all new jobs for safety related OSHA permit requirements and high hazard job exposures and make sure OSHA requirements are being met and are included in safety plans. Identify critical and unique safety program implementation needs for each job and make sure these are reflected in project safety plans. Conduct job walks at all locations and interact with employees on a regular basis to ensure employees are demonstrating safe work behavior and adhering to all the Company’s safe work practices. Target more frequent visits for higher hazard jobs. Monitor the condition, maintenance and performance of all safety equipment and vehicles. Investigate all employee, fleet and third party accidents, injuries and near misses and document via appropriate reporting vehicles. Develop and administer appropriate corrective measures as needed.Expertise in investigating industrial, construction site and environmental incidents and site-specific state/federal safety and environmental compliance program development.
