Explorer 🧭 Accepting 💭 Collaborative 🤝As a music lover, I’m an avid follower of my favorite artists and love to attend live music events. As an appreciator of brewing culture, I am a Beer Sommelier, and in my career in the on-premise sales channel I worked to develop premium and craft beer brands of ABInBev (Budweiser, Beck's, Colorado, Corona, Goose Island, Hoegaarden, Patagonia and Stella Artois) at points of sale through brand activations, events, customer relationships and staff training, where I was able to share knowledge with over 500 waiters in bars and restaurants in the São Paulo region. As an advocate of dialogue, I really like to talk, but I also like to listen, I follow the Nonviolent Communication (NVC) method to improve self-knowledge, connect people and resolve conflicts. I strongly support initiatives that discuss mental health, diversity, and inclusion at work, and I believe that creativity, innovation, and success are achieved through sustainable productivity in collaborative environments that promote psychological safety.
