Strategic construction from scratch of a new brand within the XP Inc group. Xtage came to Democratizing access to the digital asset market in Brazil, in which the main focus was to develop an ecosystem efficiently and safely. Four main pillars were worked on:1) Structuring: Strategic vision 2025 guided through a model of KPIs and indicators supported by good governance and organizational structure; Development of the Business Plan (+5 years) & Budget 23;2) Channels: Development through incubators of the main B2B offices within XP Inc group (+50) and trainings for the internal B2C (explaining the concept of digital assets, the project and defining the network’s commission model); 3) Partners: Presentation of the business to several corporate institutions and analysis of potential negotiations; Effective interaction with the XP Inc M&A team and Duo Diligence documentation;4) Educational & Digital Content: Development of the 360° communication plan: marketing, growth, channels (B2B & B2C), Research XP and external partners (i.e.: Xtage launch: +6M views and +50 publications); Creation and participation in Expert 2022 (biggest finance event in the world) - lecture “The Future of Money” (i.e: 14M views, 55 publications, and R$ 1.34M valuation);

Led several proposals and development of internal methodologies. Supported in Porsche Consulting's ecosystem and partnership strategy focused on Customer Centric topics and business growth engagement. Consultants must know different methodologies and apply these skills to client's business needs. Responsibilities include interacting with the client during all phases of the project, defining assumptions with the project manager, and effectively ensuring quality within/above client expectations.

Develop and execute Business Intelligence and Centralization projects of Supply Operations in Chile with long, mid and short-term plans. Data Analytics, connection, traceability and end-to-end business ownership of supply chain process with visibility to all hierarchal level of the company. Managed teams and had directly contact with C-levels leading inventory management strategies for 12 plants. As part of Porsche Consulting’s digital team, he also participated in an E-commerce project aiming benchmarking analysis, evaluation of transport efficiency and pricing.

Development program for immersion into the culture and strategy of the company, undertaking behavioral, cross-functional and methodological ways. Participated in OPEX (Operational Excellence) projects with focus on quality improvements, cost reduction and faster delivery. In a Digital Relationship environment, took steps towards clients by using the design thinking methodology to create a better, more personalized customer experience with the brand. Lead implementations, training sessions and was the focal point with a colleague from Europe, through a 12 months job rotation scheme.

Worked in a culturally diverse environment and achieving an innovative results for automotive field. He was able to grow professionally and personally, as well as learn to behave in difficult and social situations. Verification of tests results and correlation with the numerical model and the comparative study with and without residual stress. During this internship experience, he was in charge to do Finite Element Analysis (FEA) using Abaqus software for implicit and explicit model’s simulations, residual Stress to enhance fatigue performance after the stamping process with test procedure.
