In my role as Venture Manager at Option Venture Studio, I led the creation of the operational framework and the selection process for startups, fundamental for the launch and growth of the company. I designed and executed the Startup Building Process, establishing a clear path for the con-fundation of new businesses.My work involved structuring the organization and developing selection criteria, ensuring that each startup not only fit our vision but also had significant potential for success. I directly oversaw the mentoring of 5 startups from their inception, providing strategic guidance and operational support, and evaluated numerous proposals in the selection process.This role allowed me to apply my skills in project management and business strategy in a challenging environment, contributing to the success of Option Venture Studio and the launch of innovative companies.

Implementation of the Scrum framework at a transversal level on the development of Med360 products.
