Established in 2012 Specialised Training Services is the largest provider of HGV and PCV training in the UK having delivered over 20,000 HGV and PCV courses in the past two years. The Key Accounts department provides a fully managed service to large organisations. As a Key Account Manager my responsibilities are:- Main point of contact for communication between the client and our organisation - Managing the entire administrative process from Medicals, Theory Tests, Practical training and tests, Retests and Driver CPC Qualifications.- Design bespoke training programmes for Key Clients- Create quotes, process new orders onto the system, and ensure invoices are raised.- Generating weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to keep clients up to date on their performance- Forecast demand and help operations plan effectively for each client’s needs and peak periods.- Contribute to the development of new products and services as needed- Create action plans for any accounts at risk and ensure they are recovered- Assist with bids and tenders for new business as needed.- Training monitoring and fast problem solving- SaaS (Software as a Service) company (developing project). We have started introducing to our key clients our CRM system, so they can follow up on their drivers training and book their own courses Key Achievements:- Pass rates at 65% first time pass compared to 40% First Time pass nationally- Training Times Reduced from 1 year to 3 Months- 200% Growth in Business in the previous year
