- Supervise Installations Logistics Coordinator to optimize the process of the infrastructure installation (accordingly to customers' needs and suppliers' requirements).- Validate the installation diagram (TRX Install Map) for every project.- Prospect new partners for JRTech Installations when required, by reaching out to potential companies and discussing JRTech requirements for the process to be applied, and the expected pricing.- Co-organizing Kickoff Meetings to obtain required information from each customer and to support them in any question or solution related to rails and attachments offered by JRTech.- Support Director of Operations in Quality Control of the Products offered. Work closely with suppliers for Spot Checks during production and for development of new solutions JRTech customers will need to proper install the ESL system.- Support Director of Operations in organizing and performing the inventory count (3 times per year) of every Pricer related product.- Support Sales Team in the process by providing estimations accordingly to store plan provided by potential and existing customers. If required, support Sales Team in store visits to address customer needs concerning the store layout and the platics required for the installation.- Work with other departments to optimize the use of the platform Monday.com accordingly to JRTech needs (developing templates and integrating the templates to obtain maximum return from the software).- Support the team in improvement projects and the implementation, related to the position and others that may gather the whole Operations team or the company.

- Update project schedule as often as needed, based on new information received, modifications from customers, installer teams constraints etc.- Coordinate with customers to obtain information deemed necessary to complete infrastructure installations- Supply the service providers with forecast to prepare schedules and ensure stock available- Provide service providers with jobs packages in advance like maps for antennas (TRXs), points of contact and other details- Follow up with installers for feedback and liaise with Support team to check and confirm if any connection errors- Monitor completion of the installation process and communicate completion to customers- Create TRXs maps from store plans, and submit for approval to customers as required- Update Quick Books for the infrastructure required per job- Coordinate with Support and Installer teams to deploy infrastructure and Technicians to stores where post installation service is required- Report any quality issues from the field to Manager, find solutions, follow up for implementation
