• Lead all aspects for Northrop Grumman business across Honeywell Aerospace.• Directly responsible for Program Performance, Customer Satisfaction, Growth, and Profitability for Northrop Grumman business for Honeywell Aerospace; programs (E2-D, F-18, J-STARS, B-2, CVN, VCS, etc.) worth ~$90M annually.• Manage group of 4 direct report Program Managers and multiple integrated product teams across multiple geographic locations (California, Arizona, New York, etc.) responsible for all parts of Northrop Grumman business; Integrated Environmental Controls, Auxiliary Power Generation, Aftermarket Sustainment activities, etc.• Maintains and leads overall Northrop Grumman business strategy for Honeywell.• Responsible for strategic business planning and growth pursuits.

• Lead all aspects for F-22 business across Honeywell Aerospace.• Directly responsible for Program Performance, Customer Satisfaction, Growth and Profitability for F-22 business for Honeywell Aerospace; programs worth ~$80M annually.• Manage group of 5 Program Managers across multiple geographic locations (California, Arizona, Canada, etc.) responsible for various parts the F-22 business; Integrated Environmental Controls, Auxiliary Power Generation, Life Support Systems, Stored Energy System, Wheels & Brakes, Aftermarket Sustainment activities, etc.• Maintains and leads overall F-22 business strategy for Honeywell.• Responsible for strategic business planning and growth pursuits.

• Directly responsible for Program Performance, Customer Satisfaction, Growth and Profitability for F-22 IECS & SES programs worth ~$27M.• Oversee and develop strategies for proposal preparation and submittal, support post proposal fact-find and negotiations. • Establish clear performance, tasking, cost and schedule objectives for all program and functional groups.• Establish and lead qualified teams staffed with appropriately skilled IPT leaders & technical experts. • Leads multi-functional teams across multiple geographical regions (Toronto, Tempe, & Tucson) to ensure successful execution of the program.• Ensures all applicable Gate reviews are held; ensure that all ECP’s are addressed in a timely fashion, that cost, risk and program impact are accurately captured and that the approved ECP is seamlessly incorporated into program baselines. • Deploys and ensures compliance with IPDS requirements • Supports company financial forecasting and planning activities including forecasting, AOP and EAC • Prepares and present regular internal and customer status reviews including EVMS reporting
