CurrentDeveloped the systems for the BDM Website (Financial market news platform) built with PHP and Wordpress. Also developed the "Se liga no investimento", website with short videos teaching basic investment concepts in a TikTok-like format, built with React and Next.Tech Lead and Scrum Master, I lead a dynamic squad comprising four developers: two mobile developers and two full-stack developers. Our team is skilled in HTML, CSS, Golang, PHP, iOS Swift, and Kotlin, enabling us to deliver high-quality, robust software solutions.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Ensure that team members have the support and resources they need to succeed.Scrum Master: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Remove impediments and ensure smooth project progress.Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support in HTML, CSS, Golang, PHP, iOS Swift, and Kotlin. Oversee code quality, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Project Management: Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage timelines. Ensure the team meets project milestones and delivers on commitments.Agile Practices: Promote and implement Agile methodologies, ensuring the team is aligned with Agile principles and practices. Continuously improve processes and workflows for better efficiency and productivity.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align development efforts with business objectives.
