Specific- Due to my background as a Fastener I created a routing clips and bracket catalog to be used for engineers as a design tool to reduce the timing consumption by looking for in other sources.- I organized to have the AC Lines Gauging Training to helps to AC Lines D&R's and Designers more technical basis to request parts with high quality.- By spending 2 days in Kentucky assembly plant I anticipated the usage of quick connectors in Expedition / Navigator 2018 for rear HVAC connections and communicated the implication to the Chief Engineer. The cost involved was issued before cost final sign-off with supplier avoiding rough negotiations for later.

CAD design engineer of refrigerant plumbing for mid-sized trucks.
