I am a PhD student in the postgraduate program in Genetics and Molecular Biology at UNICAMP with a project in single-cell transcriptome analysis in bone cancers, developed at the Boldrini Children's Hospital. I have experience in the field of Oncology with an emphasis on molecular biology. Currently work with multiomics tools (Methylome, Exome, bulk RNAseq and single-cell RNAseq), liquid biopsy and mass spectrometry imaging (DESI-MSI) aimed at the study of childhood tumors, with an emphasis on bioinformatics analysis of large-scale data. I currently reside in Cambridge (UK) for a intership at the Wellcome Sanger Institute, focusing on bioinformatics analysis
