Considering the costs implications of materials used and alternatives, in terms of time, money and quality. • Supervising quality control throughout the construction and production process. • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses. • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.• Personnel Management, hiring, Project Management and payroll.• Inventory Management of materials in warehouse.
