Graduated in Information Technology Management from Fatec, I am a Specialist in Applied Informatics to Education. I've been working with IT for as long as I can remember and have gone through the classic phases: I worked in Support, repaired many printers, formatted many computers, pulled many network cables, was a Dev for a short time, created some bugs, made several landing pages, until I fell in love with the Management and Projects area, where I have been working for 5 years. I work with traditional models and am deeply involved in the Agile model. I've been working with Scrum since the beginning of my Project Management journey, blending it a lot with Kanban, applying a lot of Lean principles in daily activities, and always learning new things to improve the workflow.I always strive to focus on the evolution of the team I am working with, developing leadership, managing closely, and encouraging everyone's participation.
