Participation in project estimate stages for architectural projects, preparing technical documents such as floor plans, sections, perspectives, and elevations. Permit stage assistance or reviews of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and architectural projects, as well as reviews of executive projects in steel frame using BIM tools.

Assisting in the creation of scenographic projects and providing support in various office activities. Involvement in the assembly of elaborate tests in the warehouse, monitoring assembly processes, and participating in the planning and final production of booths, exhibitions, and setups of various scales.

Management and Administration: Support in on-site monitoring of construction projects, creation of schedules (weekly and monthly), formulation of inspection reports, and technical inspections of third-party companies. Additionally, assisting in specific budgeting for the construction department (financial and physical schedule).Architecture: Preparation of preliminary studies, preliminary projects, and assistance in architectural executive projects. Creation of surveys, descriptive memoranda, and material quantity calculations. Review and support in coordinating complementary structural projects (metal and reinforced concrete).Maintenance: On-site monitoring, periodic inspections in stores, project management for maintenance and retrofitting of establishments. Liaison with suppliers, the purchasing department, and assistance as a designer.

Participation in on-site measurements with the aim of updating the public system database regarding subdivisions, districts, and corresponding zones within the municipality. Additionally, preparing reports using Google Earth/QGIS as per procedural demand. Also, contributing to the renovation of the headquarters building by creating a comprehensive survey, layout design, electrical and plumbing points, and generating the preliminary project.

Architectural Culture and the City: Limits of ModernityThis research project continues from the previous one titled "Modern Architectural Culture: Verticalization in Downtown Rio de Janeiro." The previous project aimed to "study the verticalization of the central area of the city of Rio de Janeiro, in its financial and economic heart (...) between two boundary moments of modernity: the 1920s, the time of the construction of the first high-rise buildings, and the 1970s." To achieve this, the study differentiated three phases: i. 1920s and 1930s (the beginning of verticalization with the construction of the first skyscrapers and the development of reinforced concrete technology); ii. 1940s and 1950s (the consecration of modern architecture); iii. 1960s and 1970s (characterization of late modernism). The current research project continues the chronological study of buildings, focusing on the 1960s and 1970s, located in downtown Rio de Janeiro, with a concentration on the area of Esplanada de Santo Antônio. The research involves the analysis of the material aspects of the city (buildings and urban spatialities derived from them) in relation to their theoretical-conceptual premises, understood as architectural culture. This project will address full modernity up to the second boundary moment, understood as late modernity. To achieve this, it will consider the meanings of the conceptual transformations in fundamental modern notions that contributed to defining and producing the relationships between architecture and the city.

Modern Architectural Culture: Verticalization in Downtown Rio de JaneiroDescription: This project proposes the study of the verticalization of the central area of the city of Rio de Janeiro, in its financial and economic heart. The study focuses on two boundary moments of modernity: the 1920s, a time of construction of the first high-rise buildings, and the 1970s, marking the end of a modern social and political project during the military dictatorship and the emergence of the period that unfolded as postmodernity. Conceptually, this study seeks to ascribe a broader character to the concept of modernity beyond what is identified by the modern history of architecture. It understands that modern aspects of buildings are not restricted to pure morphology or the absence of ornaments. Technical, programmatic, and functional aspects are also part of the modern corollary and will be employed as criteria for understanding the buildings of the 1920s and 1930s, preceding the modern movement. Methodologically, this project proposes observing the boundaries between the histories of architecture and urbanism through specific investigations and their complementarities. It aims to contribute to an interdisciplinary narrative that comprehends the city from multiple aspects constituted by the motivations of the financiers, designers, and builders who operated in the mentioned period, shaping the spatial configuration of the city center. This project studies the main buildings that marked the process of verticalization in the city. It will seek the meaning of the theoretical-conceptual terms used at the time and the understanding of architecture inherent in them, namely, notions of functionalism, rationalism, architectural parti, etc. It will reflect on the cyclical relationship between theory and practice.
