As CFO and COO of the Group, I’m responsible for the subsidiaries in Brazil (Verde Fertilizantes and FVS Mineração) leading areas such Finance, Treasure, Accounting, IT, HR, Procurement, Logistics inbound and Outbound, Factory and Mining operation. Also responsible for the Group (Verde Agritech PLC) quarterly finance consolidation and reports (MD&A, Financial Statements) to Toronto Stock Exchange (NPK.TO).

Agrochemical Multinational Company Arysta Lifescience (01-2011 – Current) – Agrochemical Multinational 01-2018 – Current: Latam Head of Procurement and Finance for Supply Chain- Responsible for all Supply Chain activities of Procurement in Latin America, including directs (COGS) -indirect (SG&A) purchases and procurement planning and strategies (Total purchases of around USD130M). Management of all contracts and due diligence by guaranteeing the compliance process. Direct support to raw materials acquisition in Asia, with spend of over USD90M.- Additional to the Procurement role, in charge of Latam Finance for Supply Chain since 2011; (Cost Analysis, Budget process, Projection, Capex Projects, Valuation, Sourcing Analysis, Savings Projects (~USD30M in the last 6 years), Working Capital management). Region total Cost of Goods Sold of USD500M01-2011 – 12/2017: Arysta Lifescience - Brazil Supply Chain Manager and Finance for Supply Chain Latam- Responsible for the logistics chain in Brazil including Transfer Freight, Outbound Freight and Warehousing with over a thousand of delivery points and seven distribution centers;- Inbound Logistics management of the Brazil factory (material in and out, warehousing and over 10 production lines daily full logistics support);- Cost budget development, monthly report and follow up of the deviations. CAPEX and sourcing analysis for the 3 sites in Latin America;- Valuation analysis and approval of the projects for the factories;- Reverse logistics (Customers returns);- Direct interaction with the company board to ensure S&OP effectiveness and full alignment with the areas needs;- Responsible for the Planning and Production Control in Brazil that cover over 500 SKU’s.- Inventory control with focus on working capital improvement;- Leadership of the cost reduction program in Latin America Region

Innovation ideas business case development and investment analysis. Unilever - 02-2008 - 04-2009 Trainee – Latin America Supply Chain Finance- Leadership of the VIP (Value Improvement Program) with the objective to reduce cost and increase profit in the region. Development of CAPEX budget and financial analysis (valuation).
