About Felipe Raats Daud

I’m high-performance executive, with proving records during the last 15 years acting in the Engineering Industry.Started my career at Colgate-Pamolive, a consumer goods multinational company, from an intern position to project engineer for 3 years.Next, I moved to the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Ar Conditioning) industry as a project manager for Newset and its colligated companies. During the last 12 years, I´ve been an active agent for the company’s change, moving from a family owned 30 employees business to a 250+ employees and 8x revenues increase, providing multiple solutions for the construction market such as High-Capacity Air Conditioning Systems Installation, Maintenance, Operation and BOT Solutions.Currently, I’m the Operations Director in charge of Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Quality, Safety and Marketing, reporting to the Owner/CEO.I have already lived and studied at HEC Paris for part of my MBA and had other education experiences in Germany and the US. I'm a European Citizen with working permit.
