Work with section managers to analyse the resources, operational data and productionschedules and costs to determine optimal equipment efficiencies to deliver projects ontime and within budgets;Working with design team and designing or modifying components and products forcost effective, streamlined manufacture, making sure cutting and folding are done in an efficient way;Working with procurement to ensure materials are correctly ordered, optmising stock usage and making sure ordered parts will arrive on time for the project´s deadline;Programming and operating CNC machines (Amada - Laser, Turret punch and brake press; Trumpf - Laser ans brake press; Tekcel - Routers).

Defining the strategy and releasing purchase requisitions of raw materials for subsea flexible pipes, considering the aspects of timing, pricing and quality;Indicating which material will be used in each flexible pipe, according to the project requirements and ensure only approved suppliers and materials are utilized;Managing the stock in order to increase the turnover and eliminate wastes;Elaborating purchasing and cash out forecasts;Evaluating different manufacturing scenarios, creating strategies for switching materials from one project to another to meet customers' needs and manufacturing deadlines;Evaluating the MRP parameters and fixing any problems that could cause errors in the planning run.

Overseeing the manufacturing of subsea flexible pipes and equipment for oil & gas industry, reporting to the RBU’s project management teams (Rio, Houston and Paris);Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with business needs and priorities;Ensuring delivery of all aspects of project design, specifications and procurement of the work-scope to safety, cost, schedule and quality criteria;Reporting work progress status to asset and functional reporting lines;Liaising with other disciplines and making sure all interfaces are clearly defined, and protocols and communications are effectively managed;Implementing and managing on a continuous basis a process of risk identification and management, including the management of change in order to minimise risks to work-scope delivery and objectives;Implementing and recording feedback of lessons learned to the organisation for similar future work-scopes;Responsible for spare accessories for replacement and flexible samples for qualification projects.
