In 2020 I had the opportunity to take part in a professional training program (Multidisciplinary Guidance Service for Teenagers in Americana – SOMA – Americana) including ADM and Basic IT (Office Package). After the three months of training, I joined a new project, the Pre-Apprenticeship Project (Professional Initiation Program of the Multidisciplinary Guidance Service for Teenagers in Americana – SOMA – Americana).At the end of the program, I went through my first interview as an Administrative Intern in a residential condominium, where for a year I was able to build the pillars of professional training, from teamwork to customer service.During this learning process, I sought additional training in online courses, such as "The Future of Work", a course run by JA Brasil, a company whose goal is to boost the future of young people and children throughout Brazil through entrepreneurial and financial education and preparation for the job market.Today I'm part of the team at the retail chain that is among the 30 largest supermarket companies in the state of São Paulo, with a history of 34 years.
