Temporary Position

As a Human Resources Intern I mainly take charge of managing the volunteer program that the hospital offers. Similar to hospital employees, an intern is in charge of ensuring that volunteers meet any form of compliance required by our organization, reaching out to volunteers, scheduling each orientation, assisting at the orientation, and ensuring that the process to become a volunteer runs smoothly. Other duties are performed as well, some of them being: scheduling interviews, auditing files, learning new employee hiring method, and the FMLA process.
