This involves civil, labor, and tax litigation, as well as administrative proceedings before municipal, state, and federal agencies, including ANM (National Mining Agency), SEMA (State Environmental Secretariat), SUDAM (Superintendence of Amazonian Development), Federal Police, and Army.• Institutional Relations: Developing stakeholder engagement strategies, strengthening ties with local communities, government bodies, and strategic partners. This includes negotiating and managing agreements with landowners, developing transparency policies with public authorities, and implementing a Social Agenda with the community.• Corporate Governance: Contributing to the implementation of ethics and compliance policies, reinforcing organizational integrity.
