CurrentBusiness:- Day to day management and coaching of the business unit;- Identification of potential clients of the office, prospecting and development of client portfolio (multinationals);- Management of accounts/clients and management of overall sales follow-up;- Contract negotiation;- Contract creation, RFP Responses, RFIs;HR / People Management:- Participation in the recruitment process of future employees;- Consultant management: annual review of KPIs and growth strategy;- Training;- Follow-up on monthly project management;Financial Management: clients and projects- Financial follow-up;- Sending sales invoices;- Renewal and validation of contracts;- Preparation of weekly reports for the Board;
