ISPE is a non-profit organization, focused on the development and dissemination of knowledge and good manufacturing practices for professionals engaged in the research, production and distribution of quality medicines for human consumption.Improvement and dissemination of standards related to systems validation.It was founded in 1980 in the United States and today it has thousands of volunteer specialists who share their knowledge, both with Industry and with Regulatory Agencies.ISPE has several Guides and my involvement in particular took place in the creation of the GAMP Brazil Committee, in which I have been a member since, giving several lectures on related subjects, eveloping work groups with a focus on topics relevant to the market.During these years, one of the main works carried out for the Brazilian market was the creation of the Computerized Systems Validation Guide in conjunction with ANVISA.

- Prepare internal reports regarding storage, material handling and shipment of finished product;- Conduct direct coordination of the team of operational collaborators, team leadership and contact with factory operation for product inspection;- Survey improvements and errors, take care of the company's stocks, the distribution of production throughout the company's area of ​​operation;- Coordinate the distribution of the company's production, determine the location of stock of a certain product, responsible for the reverse logistics of damage, returns, coordinate relationships with third parties, with logistics suppliers and other members of the supply chain;- Coordinate the areas of receipt, warehousing, supply and shipping, ensuring service to internal and external customers, according to established procedures;- Ensure the safety of employees in the areas, training and guiding the team on the main aspects, rules and rules of the company;- Ensure customer service on the scheduled date and quantities, coordinating the activities of loading, checking, contacting carriers and making the picking list;- Prepare the flows, procedures and description of all existing processes in the logistics department, as well as specifications of shipping materials;- To guarantee the accuracy of stocks, according to objectives established by the company (updating the system for each movement between warehouses), conducting a check on receipt, storage and supply;
