• Review of Financial and accounting reports sent to the shareholders abroad (US GAAPs)
• Review of the 20-F Form (Presented annually in the SEC – NYC)
• Operative Audits
• Implementation of cost control procedures
• Budget control

• Develop audit plans, evaluation of accounting operations and coordination of all fieldwork for this Big Four accounting firm
• Detection and report of failings in the Administrative, Accounting and Operative systems (Processes of payments, invoicing, suppliers analysis and purchases)
• Preparation, supervision and control of Balances and Financial Reports from client´s Companies
• Revision of Reporting Packages sent abroad (US GAAPs – UK GAAPs)
• Financial Statements consolidation
