A native Peruvian was born in Trujillo Peru in 1976 and grew up by the beach with his large family. He graduated with his BA in Economics from University of Lima and then set out of an adventure to the US to learn English. He first landed in LA, then off to Breckenridge, CO. Finally he settled in Virginia where he decided to continue his education and pursue his Masters in Hospitality. He followed his heart and his passion to deliver excellent customer service . After graduating Felipe landed a job in the Real Estate office as manager and that is where he gained the thirst for Real Estate. His time was cut short in VA, as he had to return to his family in Peru. Whilst there he followed another dream and opened his first Peruvian Fusion Restaurant. Not totally content with just one business he simultaneously opened a construction business which he successfully ran up until 2012. In 2012 his travel bug got the best of him again and brought him to Sunny Fort Lauderdale where he had worked with his family in the past in buying and renovating investment properties. Continuing his love for Real Estate, Felipe acquired his Florida Real Estate license and Joined EWM Realty International, known for their stellar reputation and steadfast ethics. Currently Felipe is working customers locally and Internationally, to purchase investment properties as well as to find a place to call home. Felipe specializes in Oakland Park, Palm Aire, Coral Springs and Fort Lauderdale. When not working with customers, Felipe enjoys travelling, tasting new cuisines and staying active playing sports.
