Management, execution and development of financial and accounting due diligence projects in the merger and acquisition (M&A) process of companies of different sizes and segments, analyzing:─ Economic-financial analysis based on the company's accounting / management information;─ Analysis of the risks of the operation, the market and potential deal breakers;─ Analysis of financial and operational data such as Ebitda, budget, projections, working capital, indebtedness, capex, cash flow and other KPIs in the sector;─ Monitoring and adjustment of EBITDA, considering normalization of the operation and accounting standards;─ Analysis of working capital and net debt, considering accounting standards;─ Cash flow analysis;─ Preparation of due diligence reports (Portuguese and English);─ Responsible for the development and guidance for less experienced professionals and for the evaluation of the teams under coordination;

-Preparing financial reports on establishment and operating procedures for USGAAP and IFRS.-Preparing audit reports and recommending improvements in the risk and control matrices (SOX Compliance) -Audit of the financial statements for large and medium-sized clients on branches of services and manufacturing- Audit tests on quarterly and annual financial statements for privately-held companies, publicly-held companies and foreign-based subsidiaries.- Review of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards (BRGAAP, IFRS e USGAAP).- Performing walkthrough, design and implementation tests and revision of internal control matrix, including SOX.- Participation in audit teams in diverse clients of diverse sectors like Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, etc. Being that the main client is a publicly traded company, which operates in the agrobusiness sector.

Study of improvements in manufacturing, cost reduction and optimization, and development of new products with the responsible engineer, preparation of management reports and procedures directed to the manufacturing department, interface with production and with special customers.
