Felipe Arango García Email and Phone Number
I am a T-shaped professional with hands-on experience in multiple areas, within the realms of sustainable development, climate change and international relations. I am focused on building resilient teams, delivering impactful projects both internationally and locally, incubating and seeding successful programs, strengthening technical and soft skills, and harnessing the power of multistakeholder partnerships.I have delivered complex development projects and managed multidisciplinary teams, both in-person and remotely, under challenging socio-political conditions (conflict zones, protected areas, communal lands, urban neighborhoods). In addition, I have conducted research and teaching, provided consulting services and expertise to development agencies and private companies, and supported the incubation, seeding and growth of a successful non-profit. I have also built partnerships and relationships with international donors, governments, international organizations, grassroot organizations, UN agencies, NGOs and local communities (indigenous, afro-Colombian, small farmers). As a person and as a professional I believe in kind, candid and transparent forms of leadership and human relations, based on a strong work ethic, trust, hard work and caring.
