He has 12 years of professional experience, including 11 years as an external auditor in one of the largest auditing and consulting companies in the world (“Deloitte”), coordinated several works for large business groups, national and multinational, with shares on the NYSE, including subsidiaries with headquarters in the United States and Europe. He has extensive experience in the application of accounting practices adopted in Brazil and international accounting standards (IFRS). Additionally, he has experience in public offering of shares and internal controls in accordance with the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX 404) and COSO as senior manager at Deloitte consulting coordinating internal audit and risk analysis as well as other risk management projects.
