In 1 year I transformed the culture of a company that provides customer relationship services, applying agile concepts to it. In my first year at the same company, I also reduced API development time by 50% by planning and specifying the endpoints to be developed, along with those that should be consumed from other APIs.     - I benchmarked with successful cases of agile and digital transformation in large multinationals in the technology sector in general and with companies in the Brazilian financial sector to define an agile organizational culture model that was worked on in all areas: IT, Operations, Commercial, Marketing , Finance, HR etc.- Planned and conducted training with all areas on culture and agile practices, mainly Kanban but also Scrum (WIP, burn charts etc.), and on Jira, following some dailies and providing consultancy for specific contexts and needs, also assisting in the preparation of OKRs. In about 1 year, Jira, which until then was only used by a few IT teams, began to be used by all teams in the company and issues that were previously made and met through private channels began to be managed on the platform, generating history and increasing the quality of services.- Conducted 3 simultaneous Lean Inception processes for new and existing products with multi-professional groups, with the aim of consolidating the real objectives and proposals of each product, as well as their personas, journeys, functionalities roadmaps, costs and expectations.- I maintained a Jupyter notebook that I had already created to track key results from Jira extractions like capacity, velocity, throughput, cycle and lead times etc., using pandas and numpy data analysis libraries.- Managed Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence) for all areas: from access control to defining standards and best practices, creating projects, roadmaps, schemes, integrations (GitLab, Slack, Sheets, help and service desk etc.), filters, dashboards, questions, etc.- I structured instructional and consultative documentation in Confluence about new content that was taught and with a record of the standards that were being adopted.

    - Supported planning the implementation of sprints in IT teams, instructing professionals and configuring Jira, in addition to supporting the proposition of OKRs and conducting planning poker meetings with Fibonacci scale and retrospective.     - I participated in training and workshops on evolutionary resilience, multifocal empathy, critical thinking, decision making, co-creation, creativity and training of trainers (ToT).- Using Confluence, I planned and specified internal APIs for integrating the chatbot product, which uses IBM Watson, with external and messaging APIs, conducting meetings with clients to clarify gaps in the documentation provided and align expectations.
