- I benchmarked with successful cases of agile and digital transformation in large multinationals in the technology sector in general and with companies in the Brazilian financial sector to define an agile organizational culture model that was worked on in all areas: IT, Operations, Commercial, Marketing , Finance, HR etc.- Planned and conducted training with all areas on culture and agile practices, mainly Kanban but also Scrum (WIP, burn charts etc.), and on Jira, following some dailies and providing consultancy for specific contexts and needs, also assisting in the preparation of OKRs. In about 1 year, Jira, which until then was only used by a few IT teams, began to be used by all teams in the company and issues that were previously made and met through private channels began to be managed on the platform, generating history and increasing the quality of services.- Conducted 3 simultaneous Lean Inception processes for new and existing products with multi-professional groups, with the aim of consolidating the real objectives and proposals of each product, as well as their personas, journeys, functionalities roadmaps, costs and expectations.- I maintained a Jupyter notebook that I had already created to track key results from Jira extractions like capacity, velocity, throughput, cycle and lead times etc., using pandas and numpy data analysis libraries.- Managed Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence) for all areas: from access control to defining standards and best practices, creating projects, roadmaps, schemes, integrations (GitLab, Slack, Sheets, help and service desk etc.), filters, dashboards, questions, etc.- I structured instructional and consultative documentation in Confluence about new content that was taught and with a record of the standards that were being adopted.

- Supported planning the implementation of sprints in IT teams, instructing professionals and configuring Jira, in addition to supporting the proposition of OKRs and conducting planning poker meetings with Fibonacci scale and retrospective. The practice improved the predictability of issues and meeting deadlines due to consensus estimation, after discussions were held regarding the complexity and effort required for each task.- To track the key results of the sprints extracted from Jira, I created Jupyter notebooks using data analysis libraries: pandas and numpy.- For chatbot, voicebot and omnichannel products, I understood the issues of customers and the operations/business team and structured it in Jira for the third-party development team. I also monitored the roadmap and value delivery deadlines, the regression, unit, load and performance tests by the QA team and the deployment by the Infra team, in addition to carrying out acceptance tests myself and checking the results in the databases, with SQL queries.- Participated in technical forums about infrastructure scalability and databases.- Intermediated customer requests to messaging providers and also the change of supplier, understanding the new portfolio and instructing the operations team.

- I participated in training and workshops on evolutionary resilience, multifocal empathy, critical thinking, decision making, co-creation, creativity and training of trainers (ToT).- Using Confluence, I planned and specified internal APIs for integrating the chatbot product, which uses IBM Watson, with external and messaging APIs, conducting meetings with clients to clarify gaps in the documentation provided and align expectations. These specifications reduced development time by 50%, since planning was previously done by the devs themselves. I also created Jupyter notebooks using pandas and numpy to evaluate customer bases that did not have an API.- Using Miro, I created flowcharts to plan automation of hitherto manual processes for messaging and electronic document products, and to instruct operators, which reduced the need for staff to work outside conventional working hours, increasing deadline compliance and mitigating possible human errors. Mapped existing and future integrations between external and internal systems of these products, with the support of meetings with customers to understand issues, propose solutions and report progress.- Created scripts in C# for ETL in these automations and integrations.- Planned and implemented a restructuring of the internal document tree for better knowledge management.- I participated in war rooms.- Prepared wireflows for web negotiation panels and roadmap for the automatic reminders product in various calendar applications.- Using Jira, I defined user stories with acceptance criteria based on scenarios, monitored the development progress and clarified any doubts.- Defined the scope of action of each IT team using the Is/Isn't/Does/Doesn't chart, prepared through meetings with the teams.- Used kanban boards in Jira and Notion to manage issues made and received, in addition to using the RICE matrix in Jira to prioritize issues.

- Trained in BPM, ArisExpress tool, PowerBI, Professional Skills Mapping, Requirements Engineering, Requirements Quality, Functional and Non-Functional Requirements, Business Rules, Use- Case Diagrams and Requirements Elicitation;- Conducted meetings with the largest department of the Brazilian Army to understand the business, modeling business processes in BPMN and, from the diagram, produced studies of IT demand including the needs of the processes, business rules, problems, computerization analysis , functional requirements and use-case diagrams;- I applied an agile methodology, a hybrid of Scrum, XP and Spotify, and executed the pilot cycle of improvement of the modeled processes, based on PDCA. After the success achieved, I was invited to train other colleagues and be Scrum Master of some of the teams in the following cycles;- Evaluated the risks in the client's software development processes, using Probability x Severity x Relevance, based on MPS.BR, and presented the results on a PowerBI dashboard.- Wrote with two colleagues an article on neural networks as a support for decision making in the context of business intelligence.

Developed a web service to keep information about rare diseases, to be used by DATASUS, from the Ministry of Health. I used Laravel, REST architecture, MVC standard, HTML / CSS with Bootstrap, MySQL, hosting on Debian server, git repository, black-box tests and also produced a user manual for the app.

Managed RedHat and CentOS servers that hosted different CMS, such as WordPress and Joomla, and some instances of Moodle. The biggest challenge was to learn everything that was needed in a short time without any previous experience, but I managed to learn everything from Linux terminal to virtual hosts, backup and security routines, firewall rules, DNS server and other basic services.
