Graduated in Chemical Engineering from Oswaldo Cruz College, this experience made me realize the importance of combining my technical background with a strategic perspective of the business world.To achieve this goal, in December 2017, I completed my MBA in Corporate Strategy from BSP-SP, a step that led me to hold positions of increasing responsibility, from operations management to operations direction.The transition to Renault Brazil marked a moment of great professional development, as I took the lead on projects crucial for defining product and service prices.After my experience at Renault, I joined the iFood team. Through the creation and organization of teams, clear goals and strategies were defined to achieve them.These efforts resulted in a significant increase in customer satisfaction and over 40% growth in annual revenue for two consecutive years and one quarter.These experiences have allowed me to develop fundamental competencies that now define me as a professional and speaker: leadership, strategic vision, effective team management, and specialization in S&OP processes.
