About Felipe Armel Dias Da Silva

Graduated in Chemical Engineering from Oswaldo Cruz College, this experience made me realize the importance of combining my technical background with a strategic perspective of the business world.To achieve this goal, in December 2017, I completed my MBA in Corporate Strategy from BSP-SP, a step that led me to hold positions of increasing responsibility, from operations management to operations direction.The transition to Renault Brazil marked a moment of great professional development, as I took the lead on projects crucial for defining product and service prices.After my experience at Renault, I joined the iFood team. Under my management, teams focused on optimizing critical processes such as delivery times, order grouping, and route efficiency.During 6 years as Director of Operations, I contributed to structuring the company through various growth phases, relying on the collaboration of highly competent individuals to expand hiring and the company's logistics.In this process, iFood went from 800 employees to 6,000 employees, allowing us to increase our logistics from 800,000 orders to 30 million orders. Through the creation and organization of teams, clear goals and strategies were defined to achieve them.These efforts resulted in a significant increase in customer satisfaction and over 40% growth in annual revenue for two consecutive years and one quarter.These experiences have allowed me to develop fundamental competencies that now define me as a professional and speaker: leadership, strategic vision, effective team management, and specialization in S&OP processes.
