Activities regarding the Automated Hard Chrome Plating Hoist Line (64.000 Ampere, 65 ton per year raw material conversion) which consists in chemical and electro-chemical processes, such as cleaning/electro-cleaning and hard chrome electroplating:• Requirements for the equipment in accordance to customers’ specifications and demands, comparison of proposals and economic appraisal;• Planning and execution of infrastructure (floor plan of the building, tank layout, ventilation systems, water and wastewater piping, electric power substation, electricalservice requirements, heating and cooling equipment, scrubbers, wastewater treatment station, overhead cranes)• Design and building of conforming anodes;• Supervision of equipment assembling;• Design and development of jigs, racks, shields;• Development of instructions, procedures and recipes (new products);• Training and supervising personnel operating the equipment;• Production bottlenecks assessment and continuous improvement propositioning.• Maintenance Management: diagnose and troubleshooting mechanical, chemical, electrical/hardware and software malfunctioning/failure, on call;• Development of suppliers, providers (rectifiers, spare parts, melting lead anodes, chemical processes);• Improvements on quality and productivity;
