With over a decade of experience in Engineering, my journey has been marked by a pursuit of continuous improvement and digital innovation. I started in 2013, focused on engineering projects, and in 2020, I joined the Quality and Post-Delivery sector at MRV, where I developed solutions with organizational impact, such as the Inspection Manual and automated reports that enhanced quality control.Taking on my first leadership role, managing a team of 11 people and overseeing more than 3,000 units, brought valuable skills in decision-making, problem-solving, and team development, strengthening my ability to deliver results in complex scenarios. In 2021, as a Quality Analyst, I deepened my focus on integrating technology and processes to optimize the customer experience.In 2023, I expanded my knowledge into the financial area as a PMO and Financial Manager at Casa Hunter, where I developed a complementary strategic vision in corporate finance and project management. Today, I seek opportunities in both civil engineering, integrating this management and finance experience, and in the financial sector, applying my expertise in quality and operations to add value.
