As a general UX/UI Designer, I have the opportunity to act in all stages of research, prototype, test and validation of new features and products.Simples Dental is my first solid work on creating and prioritizing product resources through business, engineering and design.

In this position, I worked directly structuring internal processes aligned with Customer Success concepts and Growth.Luckily, on this opportunity I was able to do experiements to the extreme. I acted directly in engagement actions and also churn prevention. I breathed A/B tests on user journey in order to gain insights and qualify their experience and success on our product.Not least, we co-created new processes with the sales team and new features with the Product team.
