CurrentAs a team leader, I'm all about solving problems and motivating my team to do their best work.In my design work, I specialize in both digital and offline design, using the full Adobe suite, Blender for 3D, and Bannerflow for creating HTML5 ads. I'm passionate about creating impactful visual content across various platforms.I also have a strong background in organization and project management, with extensive experience in tools like Trello, Jira, Asana, and ClickUp. These skills have been essential in keeping our projects on track and running smoothly.One of the most exciting aspects of my new role is leading a fully remote team. It's definitely a challenge, but I'm dedicated to building motivation and a real sense of teamwork, even from a distance. I'm looking forward to tackling this and creating an awesome remote work environment.I am looking forward to leveraging my skills and experience to drive the success of our design team and contribute to the company's continued growth.
