During this time at FTI I am extensively dedicated to Interim Management practice, applying efforts to represent foreign investors for its projects in Brazil. In this role have embraced all sort of managerial tasks, as dedicated multiarea team management, financial projections and planning, cash and resources control, controlling risk and exposure, third-party services hiring and several other aspects of a managerial activity. In that regard a diverse set of projects has been developed, as design and implement shareholding restructuring processes, coordination of orderly wind-down of economic group focusing on risk mitigation, support on real estate liquidation, administration of distressed portfolio, costs saving measures implementation, distribution of funds abroad, among others.Other enrollments within FTI services that I have participated in this meantime involves acting as technical expert for processes of litigations and arbitrations between relevant companies, providing substantial economic analysis as both to one of the sides of the dispute or directly to the court. This set of services involves supporting the recalculation of fair damages amounts, financial impact of shareholding structure changes, debt scenarios evolution given disputed events, and economic impact and penalization clauses recalculation.Prior to join FTI, I worked as Manager at PwC Brazil Deals Transaction Service team, enrolled in the Deals practice for about 6 years. In this period, I advised both Corporate and Financial types of clients from several different countries, being those in both buyer or seller positions for distinct types of Due Diligence products: mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, closing process and others. Aligned to the services above I’m able to reflect the impacts of other Due Diligence processes (as Tax, Legal, Labor, Operational, HR and others) into the financial aspects of a transaction.In my career I have made projects for a large roll of industries types: Agribusiness, Education, Telecom and Internet, Energy and distribution, B2C and B2B services, Health, Food production, Mining, among several others.I’m a husband and a proud father of a very active little girl. I'm also very interested in the Gaming Industry, in watching Formula 1 and cycling whenever possible.
