CurrentCustomer Support (Global):- Provide technical support in Portuguese and English via phone, email, and chat.- Resolve technical inquiries and issues accurately and efficiently.Technical Troubleshooting:- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.- Perform log and record analysis to identify and resolve complex issues.Incident Management:- Manage and record support incidents through ServiceNow, ensuring prompt responses and effective resolutions.Microsoft Intune/Azure:- Manage devices and users through Microsoft Intune.- Create and upload device hash files.- Configure Autopilot on machines.
