Additionally, I possess dual citizenship (Brazil and Portugal), enabling me to work within the EU.Solid international experience further enriched by having reported to International Operations office in Switzerland and living abroad as an expat, which provided me with valuable insights into different working cultures and adapting communication and working styles for various stakeholders in multicultural settings. More recently, I worked as the Product Owner for the CRM platform (Salesforce - IQVIA OCE) at Novo Nordisk LATAM, leading an offshore team of developers in India using SAFe Agile Framework and collaborating closely with business owners (Marketing & Events / Sales / Medical) in LATAM Regional Office and its affiliates.I possess an MBA in Business Administration from FGV, a specialization in IT Project Management from USP, and an Associate's degree in Computer Networking from FIAP.
